Tulips is well know for its ability to fit women of any size. We offer bras that are suitable for the young woman who needs her 1st bra to that strapless bra for your special occasion in sizes up to 50FF.
What forms of payment does Tulips Lingerie accept?
Tulips accepts cash, personal checks with proper identification, VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards, Tulips Gift Certificates and Jenkintown Business Gift Certificates.
Does Tulips Lingerie & Intimate Apparel offer gift certificates?
YES! Tulips Gift Certificates are available for purchase.
What is Tulips Lingerie’s return policy?
Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be in brand new condition and returned with the original sales receipt, ticketing and packaging. Any garment that has been altered is not returnable. Breast forms are not returnable
Does Tulips Lingerie offer shipping?
Absolutely! Tulips will ship any of our products to any location within the United States. Postage will be at the expense of the purchaser.

I am in the store shopping?
YES! Tulips will special order any of our products. A 50% deposit is required at the time of the order, which will be applied to the sale when the merchandise is picked up.
Does Tulips Lingerie send advance notice to its customers about upcoming
special sales and events?
YES! All of our customers are added to our mailing list and receive special invitations to selected promotional events. We also send bimonthly e-mail notifications, so be sure to sign up to receive them.
Does Tulips have a bridal or gift registry?
YES! Come in before your special day and work with our sales team to select items that you would like to add to your Registry. When that “special someone” visits our store, we will gladly assist making certain that you receive exactly what you wanted.
I’m scheduled for my first fitting of my bridal or special occasion dress. Can I take a bra to the fitting before I finalize the purchase?
Absolutely! Tulips recognizes that your special occasion needs a special bra! Until you have your first fitting, you will not be 100% certain that you have selected the perfect bra. We offer our customers the opportunity to take a bra or bras to the fitting. We require that you provide us with your name, credit card number and expiration date. Return the bra(s) by the agreed upon date or your credit card will be charged.
Does Tulips offer gift wrapping?
YES! All of your purchases will be expertly wrapped in our signature style. Just add a card and your gift is ready!
Does Tulips have off-street parking available?
YES! Tulips offers free off-street parking in the lot adjacent to the Flora Travel Agency. Enter off of Old York Road and look for the “Reserved for Tulips Customer” signs. Additional parking is available in the Jenkintown Municipal Lot, located on Greenwood Ave.
What if I buy a bra, wear it, but I'm uncomfortable in it?
Call Tulips Lingerie and let us help. Bring your bra back to the store and we'll work with you to make it comfortable. Our goal is to have every customer leave happy and satisfied! |
